From Magento 2 to Shopify Plus
Before the migration, Christiania Glasmagasin had been running on Magento 2 for five years. During that period, the online store had grown to a range of approximately 8,000 SKUs, exclusively targeting the Norwegian market.

Their biggest concern when they decided to migrate was time. They were going to switch platforms right before peak season, and the fear that the process would drag on was very real. There was a lot at stake.

Post-Migration & Retainer
"After launch, we have been working with Think Commerce on a retainer agreement, and during that period we have developed several solutions that have had a direct impact on the business.
Rapid design development has allowed us to continuously improve the user experience, and custom-built apps have made it possible to meet needs that off-the-shelf solutions don't cover.
One of the biggest wins has been solutions that account for the fact that we operate both physical stores and an online store simultaneously. The ability to operate at stock level from each individual store has been invaluable — for example, customers can now sign up for a notification list based on each individual store's inventory. The results speak for themselves. In the year following the migration, net revenue increased by 61%, and the conversion rate increased by 120%.
