Is there a minimum term?
No. Growth rolls monthly with one month's notice, and onboarding is included.
Do I need to be on Shopify Plus?
No. Growth works on any Shopify plan, though some features, such as certain Shopify Functions, depend on your plan.
What if more comes up than fits in a month?
We'll agree with you whether to move it to next month, quote it as a fixed-price project or move up to Partner. Unused time doesn't roll over.
How quickly do you respond?
Within 1 business day for standard requests, and within 1 business hour if checkout or your site is down. Response times are for acknowledging and starting work, not resolution, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time.
