How the queue works
Unlimited requests, worked one at a time
We never cap how many requests you send, only how many are in progress. Anything over about 10 days of work is quoted as a project.
Add and prioritise
Add requests to a shared board in priority order, and reorder it whenever you like.
We size each one
Small (under a day), medium (one to three days) or large (more than three days). Small requests typically ship within one to two business days.
One in progress
One request is in progress at a time. Large requests are split into parts that can ship on their own.
Urgent jumps the queue
If checkout or the site is down, we fix it straight away. It doesn't count as your active request.

Is it really unlimited?
The number of requests is unlimited. We work on one at a time and start the next as soon as it ships. Requests over about 10 days of work are quoted as projects, and urgent issues jump the queue.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Partner rolls monthly with one month's notice, and onboarding is included.
Can you work across several stores and markets?
Yes. Multi-market and multi-store operations are included, including stores in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
How quickly do you respond?
The same business day for standard requests, and within 1 business hour if checkout or your site is down. Response times are for acknowledging and starting work, not resolution, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time.
