An embedded senior team works through an unlimited queue of your requests, one at a time. We agree priorities on a weekly call and respond to standard requests the same business day. Partner rolls monthly, with one month’s notice and no minimum term.

How the request queue works
We never limit how many requests you send, only how many are in progress. Anything over about 10 days of work is quoted as a project.
You add and prioritise
Add requests to a shared board in priority order, and reorder it whenever you like. Work already in progress finishes first.
We size each one
Small is under a day, medium is one to three days and large is more than three days. Small requests typically ship within one to two business days.
One in progress at a time
One request is in progress at a time, and the next starts as soon as it ships. We split large requests into parts that can ship on their own.
Urgent issues jump the queue
If checkout or the site is down, we fix it straight away. It doesn’t count as your active request.
What Partner doesn’t cover
Partner clients get priority scheduling and 10% off fixed-price projects. The prices below exclude VAT and are before that discount.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really unlimited?
The number of requests is unlimited. We work on one at a time and start the next as soon as it ships. Requests over about 10 days of work are quoted as projects, and urgent issues jump the queue.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Partner rolls monthly with one month's notice, and onboarding is included.
Can you work across several stores and markets?
Yes. Multi-market and multi-store operations are included, including stores in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
How quickly do you respond?
The same business day for standard requests, and within one business hour if checkout or your site is down. Response times are for acknowledging and starting work, not resolution, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time.
