How to work with us on an app
On the Partner retainer
Custom app development is included in our Partner retainer for multi-market and B2B brands, within the request queue. Smaller apps can run through the queue, one request at a time. Anything over about 10 days of work is quoted as a project.
As a quoted project
Larger custom apps are quoted as projects. Custom app development is not included in the Essentials or Growth retainers.

When do we need a custom Shopify app rather than one from the App Store?
When no app in the Shopify App Store does the job, such as an internal tool or customer portal that fits how your team works. Tell us what the app needs to do, and we will tell you honestly whether a custom app is the right answer.

Can you connect Shopify to our ERP or other systems?
Yes. We work with your third-party suppliers and build a stable integration between their systems and your store through the Shopify GraphQL APIs. A new ERP, PIM or 3PL integration is a fixed-price project and costs from £5,000 per system, ex VAT.

How is custom app development priced?
Larger custom apps are quoted as projects. On our Partner retainer, smaller apps can run through the request queue, and anything over about 10 days of work is quoted as a project. Custom apps are not included in the Essentials or Growth retainers.
