Magento to Shopify migration
We move Magento 1 and Magento 2 stores to Shopify and Shopify Plus. A Magento migration costs from £10,000. That is the starting point: we scope your store, then agree a fixed price before work starts. See how we handle Magento to Shopify migrations.
Nordic market launch
A new market in Norway, Sweden or Denmark. We set up Markets, local payments, translation, shipping, tax and duties. It costs from £4,000 per market. Growth and Partner include Markets work for countries you already sell to, such as prices, currencies and domains. Opening a new country end to end, with local payments, translation, shipping, tax and duties, is our fixed-price Nordic market launch.
New ERP, PIM or 3PL integration
Each new integration costs from £5,000 per system. Once it is live, upkeep sits in the Growth retainer or the Partner retainer.
Custom apps, B2B portals and headless builds
We quote these individually. Smaller custom apps can run through the Partner request queue. Advice on B2B portals and headless builds is included in the Partner retainer. Which B2B features you can use depends on your Shopify plan, not on the retainer.
Add-ons
CRO audit
A one-off conversion review of your store, for £900. It is an add-on for the Essentials retainer. It is included quarterly in Growth and monthly, with A/B testing, in Partner.
AI and search readiness audit
A check of how ready your store is for AI search and shopping agents. It shows which AI channels your store is eligible for today and what is blocking the rest. We review product data and listing quality on your key products and check your policies and knowledge base. You get a prioritised, priced list of fixes. It costs £750, as an add-on for Essentials. How projects fit with retainers
Retainers cover the steady work: upkeep, changes and growth. Projects cover the larger jobs that sit outside them. On Partner, any request over about 10 days of work is quoted as a fixed-price project. Growth and Partner clients get 10% off the project prices and extra capacity above.
